Don't roll this hat up--or purchase it.
"I purchased this hat less than two years ago. The first week that I had it, I began to notice wear and reached out to Bailey. I was offered a replacement, which I appreciate very much. That replacement also began to fray. At first, I did try rolling the hat up as suggested. Being able to do so was one of the most salient features. However, I realized that--if I didn't want this hat to actually disintegrate in my hands--I couldn't roll it up at all. Now, less than two years later, the hat has large holes in it, and people frequently ask me if it is ""intentional"", a style choice, like jeans that are already frayed. My only intention had been to buy a hat that I could use on a regular basis and carry with me. Instead, I received junk that falls apart. There is nothing intentional about that. Since the price listed on the site is $215, and this hat lasted me just under two years, I suppose a more accurate price would be ~$100 per year."
