Coupon Restrictions
Product & Order Discounts: Unless otherwise specified, discounts do not combine with other discounts. Select style, gift cards, previous purchases, tax, and shipping are excluded.
Shipping Discounts: Free Shipping applies to Standard (FedEx Ground) shipments to the Continental United States.
Promotional Gift Cards:
- Treat this promotional gift card code as cash. Note that the value of it will not be replaced if it is lost or stolen. This code is redeemable for BaileyHats.com merchandise only.
- Promotional gift card code are valid for two years from the date of issuance.
- It is redeemable at BaileyHats.com for goods and services not exceeding the remaining balance on the promotional electronic gift card.
- Important Card Information: For gift card balance, terms, and expiration date, email customerservice@baileyhats.com. Note this card is the property of the issuer.
- Your use of this gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms.
- This gift card may be applied toward any purchase made on the website BaileyHats.com.
- This gift card is not exchangeable for cash.
Canceling An Order
Order Changes
If we have not yet shipped your order, you may request a change or cancellation to your order by emailing us at customerservice@baileyhats.com.
Be sure to include your name, address, and order confirmation number with your email and provide complete details on the information that you would like to correct or change. Once we've changed your order, we will send you an email confirmation.
If we are unable to change or cancel your order, we will notify you immediately. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify the order. Shipping charges will not be refunded and will be the customer's responsibility if the order is refused upon receipt.
Backorders
On occasion we may temporarily run out of stock if an item is in high demand. When that happens, we will immediately email you with the expected shipping date. We will contact you once the item is back in stock to advise you that it is available for purchase.
Order Processing
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed the day we receive them.
Orders are typically shipped 1-2 business days after processing. Note that orders with expedited shipping placed before 1 PM ET will ship the same day.
