"Contacted customer service, hat looses shape, had it professionally shaped and immediately looses it shape again. Won’t return because we altered the hat (because it lost its shape) only worn a dozen or so times since purchased in February for a March Pageant. Waste of money, purchase another brand."
"The minute this hat hit any steam it caved in on itself. Hat band started to come apart. The bottom portion where the hat band ends and the brim starts completely bubbles and won’t shape back out. So disappointing."

Comparing it to my Stetson , a great hat also , I’m actually liking this new Bailey hat a bit more . I highly recommend this hat if you are looking around this price point."
