The Lightning 4X is our most popular hat in and out of the show ring. This fur blend 4X hat comes in our traditional 4 3/4" Cattleman crown, a nicely shaped scoop front 4" brim, finished with a self-felt band with a silver buckle set.

Perfect fit against a serious gust
"Found one of their locations at the Palazzo Venetian Resort in Las Vegas and was amazed at their selection. Went through about ten of their hats and on the eleventh hat said that this was the one. Perfect fit, matched my facial lines and was just the right color. Wore it my entire Vegas trip and got nothing but compliments. So glad that they actually had a 7 3/4 size. The hat fits perfectly and stayed on even through a rough Nevada wind storm while other people’s hats were flying off. Can’t state how much I love this hat and how much I’ve been yearning for the right one. This is definitely worth the price. My only wish is that they offered more options on the band but that’s something that I’m gonna work on myself."
Great color minus the stains
"Purchased the dusty blue hat for my rodeo queen. Unboxed it to find it was covered in dirt and yellow stains. Emailed the company with photos, no response. Too late to return it as coronation is this weekend. Have taken it to 2 professional hat shapers, updated shape to queen brim but they can't get the stains out. Believe it's saddle oil or colored dye of some sort that got dripped on the hat. Going to continue working on the stains for removal as that's our only option at this point."
